Anne Keothavong: Player Ranked Out of the Top 100 Who Gets Into the 2d Rd of the Australian Open 2011
Anne Keothavong of Great Britain, ranked #118, was one of the qualifiers who made it into the main draw of this year's Australian Open. She wins her first round match handily by beating Arina Rodionova of Russia, 75 64. She will next meet Andrea Petkovic of Germany. She has reached the 3rd round of US Open in 2008 and also the 2nd round of Wimbledon, same year.
