As men's tennis moves to Asia, Mardy Fish (#8) continues to show his good form as he reaches the semi-finals here in Tokyo. He lost to Rafael Nadal (#2) 75 61.
In the quarterfinals, he defeated Aussie wonder boy Bernard Tomic (#58) 67(5) 64 61, Ernests Gulbis (#49) in the second round 62 64 and compatriot Ryan Harrison (#80) 64 36 75 in the first round.
