Jean-Rene Lisnard is the first player from Monaco that I have known to be active in the ATP Tour. He is however, ranked #542, and got through the main draw by qualifying. His win in the first round over veteran Olivier Rochus, ranked #77, 76(5) 62 64. He lost in the second round though, to German Florian Mayer (#27) 62 75 62. However, his sole win here should propel his ranking a bit, maybe in the 300s, who knows. He should just start to make his presence felt in the main draws of the slams if he wants to improve his ranking at least to the 200s.
