A new young French player gets some respect today as he wins his first round match against Ivan Dodig of Croatia (#78). Quentin Halys (#138) defeats the higher-ranked Croat 64 67(4) 64 75.
It's the first time Quentin reaches the second round of a grand slam. He will next meet world #1 Novak Djokovic in the second round.
