Considering that she's relatively new to the top echelons of the women's tour, it's surprising that rising star Garbine Muguruza already has a solid head-to-head with most of the players on tour, considering how tricky some of the players are.
Angelique Kerber and Victoria Azarenka are on her side of the draw yet she's the favored one to make the semifinal slot. Her talent though has been the one that has propelled her to #3 in the women's tour, and aside from Simona Halep and Agnieszka Radwanska, she's the player who will most likely lift a grand slam trophy in the future.
Will it happen already in this Australian Open? Possible, since Venus Williams looms in her semi's and then Serena in the finals. Those again are based on the current head-to-head.
It's been sometime that a player had to defeat both Williams sisters to win a grand slam.
