Pierre Hugues-Robert of France (#167) gets to the third round of the Australian Open for the first time in his career as he defeated Noah Rubin of the US (#328) 63 64 60 in the second round.
He upset Pablo Andujar of Spain (#62) 57 64 76(5) 62 in the first round of this year's Australian Open.
He will next meet Jo-Wilfried Tsonga of France (#10) in the third round.
