Andy began 2011 with a big bang, reaching the finals of Melbourne, losing to Djokovic in the finals. He then proceeded to reach the semifinals of Roland Garros, Wimbledon and the US Open. After that swing, he won three titles in Asia, Bangkok, Tokyo and Shanghai. He only played one match in the ATP World Tour Final before withdrawing due to groin injury.
2012 looks bright for this brilliant athlete. He just needs to step up his game one or two more notches so that he can make it into more Grand Slam finals!
