Asian Women's Fantasy Tennis 2010 Open

Now that the tour is in its Asian leg, I was curious to find out how the Asian players are doing.  And how I will do it is through a fantasy game!  Let's imagine that we are now in the quarterfinals of the Asian Games Singles Tennis tournament.  I will pit two players and use the http://www.wtatour.com/ website to find out their head-to-head!  In picking out the Top 8, I will use the current rankings for this week, October 4.  In pairing the Top 4 players, I used a die to decide which player ranked between 5 to 8, they are going to play with.  So this is how the draw pans out -

Li Na (1) (CHN) vs. Yung-Jan Chan (7) (TPE)
Yaroslava Shvedova (3) (KAZ) vs. Peng Shuai (5) (CHN)

Kimiko Date Krumm (4) (JPN) Zhang Shuai (8) (CHN)
Zheng Jie (2) (CHN) Akgul Amanmuradova (6) (UZB)

With the head-to-head, the semi's look like this -

Li Na (1) (CHN) vs. Peng Shuai (5) (CHN)
Kimiko Date Krumm (4) (JPN) vs. Zheng Jie (2) (CHN)

Again, with the head-to-head, the finals look like this -

Li Na (1) (CHN) vs. Zheng Jie (2) (CHN)

and the bronze medal match is between -

Peng Shuai (5) (CHN) vs. Kimiko Date Krumm (4) (JPN)

And here are the results of this fantasy game -

GOLD - ZHENG JIE (2) (CHN)
SILVER - LI NA (1) (CHN)
BRONZE - KIMIKO DATE KRUMM (4) (JPN)
