With Novak Djokovic (#1) of Serbia out of his side of the draw, a shocker that it is, it looks like Milos Raonic (#7) of Canada is poised to take the spoils of that loss.
On paper, he has a winning record against David Goffin (#11) of Belgium, his opponent in the fourth round. Then, he is expected to meet Nicolas Mahut (#51) of France in the quarterfinals, and he still has a winning record over him.
If it does happen, Milos would be in the semi's for the second time in his career. He reached that far in 2014. With a very open section of his draw, he should be able to achieve this.
