Well, of course, yes it will! It will allow her to stay at #1 for another week - but will it help her chances in Wimbledon? Judging from the quality of the draw in Copenhagen, I don't think so. Anyhow, I hope Caroline does not play in all tournaments leading to Wimby. I hope just she plays straight to Wimbledon and conserve her strength and maybe focus more on her mental state. That way, she can reach deep into the tournament.
I am one of those who believe this girl will win a Grand Slam. She just need the emotional maturity and the ability to rise on those major occasions!
