WTA Rankings Watch: April 4
Maria Sharapova returns to the Top 10 this week, after making it to the finals in Miami. She moves from #13 to #9. Serena Williams also returns to the Top 10, moving from #12 to #10, but mainly due to points losses from Marion Bartoli, who slips out of the Top 10, down to #12 and Venus Williams, from #9 to #15.
Andrea Petkovic enters the Top 20 at #19, thanks to her semifinal appearance in Miami.
Anabel Medina Garrigues moves from #73 to #62, due to her quarterinal turn in Miami while Dinara Safina moves from #91 to #81.
