First Quarter 2012: Top 16 Teams for Women's World Cup


During the last week of 2012, the Top 16 teams will form the teams that can compete in the Women's World Cup Tennis.  It will be determined by getting the sum of the rankings of the Top 3 players of each country.  Then, each country will be grouped according to their rank.  After the first quarter of 2012, here is an update of the Top 16 teams, in the running.  The next update will be in July 2012.  I do this since the rankings are quite fluid especially after every Slam.  Here are the Top 16 women's tennis teams as of the first quarter of 2012 -
