Svetlana Kuznetsova: Runner-up - Dubai Open 2011
Svetlana Kuznetsova (#23) reached her first final this year in the Dubai Open. She has reached the quarterfinals in Sydney and the fourth round in the Australian Open where she lost to Francesca Schiavone in the longest match ever in women's tennis. They met again here in Dubai, and this time, Sveta had the upper hand. Sveta also won over another Top 10 player, Agnieszka Radwanska. Below was her path to the finals -
