Veteran Gilles Muller of Luxembourg (#103), has reached the third round of Wimbledon twice, in 2005 and 2011. In 2014, he reached the second round for the fourth time, being able to reach the same stage in 2007. He also had to qualify for the main draw of Wimbledon 2014.
He defeated Julien Bennetteau of France (#46) in the first round but lost to Roger Federer in the second round.
