Eugenie Bouchard Leads the Subtle Changing of the Guards in the 2014 Wimbledon

Hayyy! To be young, pretty and twenty - a great age to be ambitious, with everything in life just laying at your feet. That pretty much sums up Eugenie Bouchard from Canada, who I think has a really good chance of winning Wimbledon this year!

If she does, it would usher in a very subtle changing of the guards in the women's game, something that happens every ten years or so. For avid tennis watchers, you could feel it happen in last month's French Open, where several new faces like Eugenie, just went deep into the tournament. Now, they have one of them in a grand slam final, with a chance to raise the trophy itself.
