I don't know how our own Rizal Memorial Stadium is faring nowadays. I haven't been there since the 1993 SEA Games! Imagine that! But I am a bit impressed at the sports infrastructure here in Kuala Lumpur, as they have this huge sports complex with an outdoor stadium, an indoor stadium and a huge swimming pool stadium. Those are the ones I was able to see since the place was so huge, walking around them was a bit tiring since most of it was concrete and there were not many trees. Anyway, I just hope my own country would spend and invest in sports like our neighbors do.
