Russian player, Andrey Kuznetsov, currently ranked #120 in the world, is the Male Breakthrough Player for the 2015 French Open. He reached the 3rd round where he lost to Rafael Nadal (#6). He won over veteran Jurgen Melzer (#110) in the second round and Malek Jaziri of Tunisia in the first round.
The Male Breakthrough Player is the lowest ranked player (preferably out of the Top 100), who reaches the deepest round in a grand slam. Andrey reached up to the third round in this year's Roland Garros.
