Caro, caro, caro!! Li Na, Petra Kvitova and Samantha Stosur, got their first Grand Slam tennis titles this year, without hitting number 1, maybe even the Top 5! So why oh why is that title still eluding you?
Well, next year will really be the pressure cooker situation for Caro since the stakes for her to really win a Grand Slam title will hit a major stride and if she still doesn't, maybe one of the ladies will finally catch up with her and take that #1 ranking!
I personally believe that she has what it takes to win a Grand Slam title. Is she too young - well maybe, since if you've noticed now, it's the more mature ladies who are winning the slams, maybe except for Petra Kvitova who's only 21. But in today's women's game - maturity, especially on those oh-so-tight moments has been key in determining the Grand Slam champions.
Well, in 2012, fight on Caro and show them that you deserve to be called "The World's #1 Player"!
