Alison Riske: Player Ranked Outside the Top 100 Who Reached the Third Round of the 2013 Wimbledon

American Alison Riske (#126) won her first round match against Swiss player Romina Oprandi (#34) 67(5) 75 31.  She then defeated Polish player Urszula Radwanska (#40) in the second round, 46 63 64.  She lost to Estonian player Kaia Kanepi (#46) in the third round, 62 63.  This is the deepest she has ever gotten in any grand slam.
