Yung Jan-Chan: Player Ranked Outside the Top 100 Who Reached the Second Round of the 2013 Australian Open

Yung Jan-Chan of Chinese-Taipei, currently ranked #118 in the world, was a former top 70 player in 2007 and 2008.  Today, she won over Daniela Hantuchova, ranked #44 in the world, 61 16 61.  She will meet Ana Ivanovic in the second round.
